Director of Surgical Services Location: Manchester, NH Schedule:
Full-time • Days (No Weekends) Position Overview: The Director of
Surgical Services is responsible for ensuring high-quality,
patient-centered care through strategic oversight of daily
operations, staffing, budgeting, and process improvement within the
perioperative environment. This role will work closely with
leadership and clinical teams to drive key performance metrics,
elevate patient experience, and foster a culture of collaboration
and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities: Drive surgical
services performance through operational planning, evidence-based
practice, and quality improvement. Monitor compliance with legal
and regulatory standards. Lead workforce development, training, and
staffing strategies. Manage departmental budgeting and financial
planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize
patient throughput, safety, and satisfaction. Implement strategies
that improve service line operations and staff engagement. Leverage
data analytics to measure and enhance performance and outcomes.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required) Master’s
Degree (preferred) Minimum 3 years of experience as a Director of
Surgical Services Strong understanding of OR operations, regulatory
standards, and financial oversight Proven leadership in managing
multiple service lines and interdisciplinary teams Service Lines:
General Surgery, CVOR, Vascular, Urology, GYN, Ortho, Neuro
Robotics: Two Da Vinci XI systems Volume: 500–550 cases/month
(volume rebuilding) Reports To: Administrative Director FTEs
Supervised: 67 Operating Rooms: 8 (including 2 CVORs) ZRBF To Apply
