be considered. An advanced care nursing opportunity is available
within a dedicated Progressive Care unit specializing in
cardiovascular and thoracic patient management. This contract role
is located in Manchester, NH, offering a dynamic environment
focused on providing high-quality care to a specialized patient
population. Location Overview Situated in the heart of Manchester,
NH, the facility serves as a vital healthcare provider in the
region. Manchester is known for its vibrant community, cultural
attractions, and access to outdoor activities. Nurses working here

city rich in history and natural beauty. Responsibilities Manage
care for patients primarily recovering from cardio-thoracic and
vascular surgeries along with medical progressive care needs.
Monitor and maintain telemetry systems, ensuring patient safety and
timely response to cardiac events. Care for patients with chest
tubes and participate in thoracentesis, chest tube insertions, and
pericardiocentesis procedures with drains. Administer and manage
cardiac drips including dobutamine, dopamine, and levosimendan as
required. Operate advanced medical equipment such as IV pumps,
telemetry monitors, BiPAP/CPAP machines, and pacemakers
(epicardial, transvenous, and external). Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams, acting with organization and adaptability
in a fast-paced clinical setting. Qualifications / Desired
Experience Current RN license with experience in telemetry and
progressive care units required. Comfort and proficiency managing
patients with chest tubes is essential. Experience with cardiac
drips and external pacemakers is highly preferred. ACLS and BLS
certifications are mandatory. Ability to adapt to variable patient
ratios (3-4:1) and contribute effectively within a
multidisciplinary staffing model. Schedule Typically every third
weekend off, with no on-call requirements. Day and night shifts
available within a well-structured schedule. This position is ideal
