Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative primary care team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your practice in a supportive, patient-focused environment. We have two positions available: one at our main clinic and another at a satellite location. Your Role and Responsibilities Manage a full patient panel , seeing an average of 14 to 16 patients per day. Collaborate with a diverse team of two physicians and six Advanced Practice Providers to provide comprehensive patient care. Enjoy a flexible schedule that can be customized to your needs and patient demand. Our standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible options. Focus on outpatient care with no inpatient responsibilities. Benefit from minimal on-call duty , only two to three times per month. Receive protected administrative time (eight hours) to help you get established and manage your patient panel effectively. Qualifications and Benefits Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Experience in a primary care setting is required. A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care. Competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $150,000, with adjustments for experience. Comprehensive benefits package including: A signing bonus and relocation assistance is negotiable. Potential for educational loan repayment. 5 days and up to $2,000 annually for CME.
