Requirements: Active RN license BLS and ACLS (required within 30
days) Telemetry experience preferred Strong communication and
teamwork skills Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care and
monitor high-acuity patients Administer medications and treatments
per care plan Assist with shift supervision and coordination as
needed Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the
care team Document care accurately and timely
