Job Description Job Description We are seeking a dedicatedFamily or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive care to patientsof all ages (or adults) in Groveton, NH, a welcoming and close-knit ruralcommunity. Position Highlights: Competitive basecompensation with potential wRVU productivity and quality bonuses ($250,000 –$300,000 USD) Commencement and retentionbonuses Relocation assistance No weekend or holiday shifts 5 weeks vacation and 5 dayssick time 1 week CME time plus $4,000CME funds Attractive benefits packageincluding retirement plans Malpractice insurance withtail coverage Daily patient load: 16–22patients per day Clinical schedule: 36patient hours with 4 hours of administrative time May participate in daytimecall rotation (no after-hours call) EMR: Meditech Expanse withDragon dictation Requirements: Board certified (oreligible) in Family or Internal Medicine, per Medical Staff Bylaws. ACLS and BLS certificationfrom the American Heart Association required. Successful completion of anapproved residency through ACGME, AOA, or Royal College of Physicians andSurgeons of Canada. Ability and comfort managingan independent patient panel with autonomous practice. Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, andcolleagues.
