Permanent Northern and Northwestern CT Primary Care and Family
Medicine group practice is adding Primary Care or Family Medicine
providers due to growth - Hospital affiliated. IM or FM candidates
are welcome to apply Job Description: Compensation : $235000 -
$260000 Job ID : 26778 Job Function: Day Shift., 8am - 5pm. Phone
call only with nurse triage. MAs and nurses for each provider. Each
site has lab/x-ray on site or in adjacent building. Job
Requirements: Must be BE or BC in IM of FM. Most practices will be
adult med only - age 18 If FM candidate is to be considered in an
FM only group, they must treat infants up through geriatrics.
