Permanent A healthcare organization in Eastern Connecticut is
seeking a Hospitalist to join their team. This role offers a
40-hour workweek with a mix of day shifts and 2-3 nights per month,
available in 8- and 12-hour shifts. There are no procedural
responsibilities, allowing you to focus solely on patient care. The
position offers a competitive salary plus performance-based
bonuses, providing both professional fulfillment and strong
financial incentives. Job Description: Compensation : $270000 -
$275000 Job ID : 39424 Job Function: Work 8- or 12-hour shifts,
averaging 40 hours per week; block scheduling not permitted. Cover
2 weekend days per month and 2-3 overnight shifts per month.
Complete 14-17 shifts per month depending on month length and shift
combination. Attend open ICU rounds and hospital codes; no
procedural responsibilities required. Balance administrative duties
with patient rounding. Job Requirements: Will consider an IM or FM.
