One of the largest healthcare systems in Connecticut is adding a nocturnist in our western Connecticut location About the Position 109-bed, general acute care community hospital that serves as a regional health care resource for 100,000 residents of Litchfield County and Northwest Connecticut. Employed position with a medical group of over 1400 Providers EPIC EMR Night shifts with block schedule 12-hour shifts Closed ICU. No procedures High base salary with wRVU incentives About the Community Located 30 miles west of Hartford and 2 hours from New York City Small city with population of 35,000 people This community is known for its scenic views of the Litchfield Hills and its picturesque downtown area. There are numerous attractions such as Warner Theater, an outdoor amphitheater, art galleries, and a variety of restaurants The city offers plenty of recreational activities including hiking trails, biking paths, fishing spots, and golf courses.
