registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. A nursing opportunity is available for experienced
RNs skilled in stepdown care, providing critical support in
progressive care, medical-surgical, and telemetry units. This night
shift position involves every other weekend rotation and requires a
dedicated professional capable of working independently while
performing charge nurse responsibilities. Flexibility to float to
other units as needed will be essential. Qualifications and Desired
Experience: Current RN licensure with stepdown or progressive care
experience Strong clinical decision-making and independent practice
capabilities Charge nurse experience preferred Ability to adapt and
float across units to meet patient care demands Commitment to
attending quarterly departmental education sessions

development programs Contract Details: Night shift hours with every
