A comprehensive, integrated healthcare system in Connecticut is adding an Endocrinologist in the southeastern part of the state. Join an evolving Diabetes and Endocrinology Program serving a large population with a variety of complex endocrine disorders. We use a team approach toward diabetes wellness and prevention. The Endocrinologists enjoy being a part of advanced multispecialty teams of radiology, nuclear medicine, molecular diagnostics, surgery, and oncology specialists, as well as MSK endocrine oncology collaboration. About the Opportunity A physician-led organization and one of the most integrated healthcare systems in the state Over 500 providers delivering primary care and 30 specialties Large internal referral network Mentoring endocrine colleagues Mix of both Inpatient and Outpatient Inpatient rotation providing clinical services within a large tertiary care medical center with shared call Outpatient practice is spent seeing patients at the clinic and time with the Diabetes Life Care program Academic affiliation with highly ranked medical schools and active participation in fellowship and internal medicine training Excellent compensation & benefits package Community/Location Located in southeastern Connecticut with a population of 40,000 Close to the Rhode Island border.
