patients by providing direct care, following the patient's
personalized care plan and physician orders. Observe patient
behaviors, including taking and monitoring vital signs, symptoms
and responses to treatments. Work directly with Registered Nurses
to report findings and carry out patient's care plans. Build
rewarding relationships with patients by having the time to learn
about each patient's physical, mental and emotional needs to help
them recover. Celebrate patient wins along the way. Required
Certifications and Licensures: Current LPN/LVN licensure required
by state regulations. CPR certification. One year experience in
inpatient medical surgical or general hospital setting.
