is working with Job.com to find a qualified NICU RN in Farmington,
Connecticut, 06030! ? Provide specialized nursing care to
critically ill and premature neonates. ? Monitor and assess
newborns’ conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment. ?
Administer medications, IV therapy, and neonatal-specific
treatments. ? Operate and manage NICU equipment including
ventilators and incubators. ? Collaborate closely with
neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and care teams. ? Educate
and support families with compassion and clarity. ? Maintain
accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
