Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - IR Job Details: • Provide quality nursing care to both inpatients and outpatients in the Radiology Department • Work with various imaging modalities including Diagnostic Radiology, Special Procedures, Fluoroscopy, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and MRI • Utilize assessment, communication, teaching, leadership and patient care management skills • Handle all unexpected emergencies that occur during radiological procedures • Develop clinical protocols, policies and procedures for interventional procedures, patient monitoring and drug administration • Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching • Work with adult-geriatric patient population • No on-call responsibilities • Holiday coverage required if needed • Must wear traveler-provided professional scrubs with no logos • Electronic Medical Record system: Epic • 2 years of current Critical Care, ICU, ER, or PACU experience required • Epic experience required • Interventional Radiology experience preferred, or experience with Conscious/Moderate Sedation • Previous travel experience preferred • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) • New Hampshire RN License or Compact license required • Must have own vehicle • Cannot be a local traveler (residing within 50 miles of facility) • Block scheduling will not be accommodated • Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted (less preferred) • All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive Radiology Department offering advanced imaging services and interventional procedures.
