Job Description:

Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner to lead one of our specialized outpatient clinics. As an integral part of our expanding network, this role involves strategic oversight and clinical management, ensuring the highest standards of pediatric care are met. This position will also contribute to business development and maintain our ethos of personalized, evidence-based patient care. As a Director & Partner, you will leverage your extensive experience in pediatric therapy to enhance service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure compliance with health regulations. Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures that reflect current pediatric care standards. Lead, recruit, and train a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Liaise with other healthcare professionals and departments to integrate services and provide comprehensive care. Monitor and manage clinic financials, including budgeting and resource allocation. Engage in community outreach to promote the clinic and educate the public on pediatric health issues. Evaluate patient care programs and implement improvements where necessary. Establish and maintain partnerships with local schools, pediatricians, and other relevant organizations. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of pediatric healthcare practices Proficient in healthcare management software and tools Ability to handle multiple priorities and make swift decisions Experienced in budget management and business planning Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid medical license Board certification in Pediatrics Additional certification in healthcare management (e.g., FACHE) preferred
