Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in rehabilitation therapy services, is seeking a dedicated Traveling Supervisor to oversee therapy programs across multiple healthcare facilities. This role is pivotal in ensuring continuity and excellence in the physical, occupational, and speech therapy services we provide. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising therapy teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while adapting programs to meet individual patient needs. Travel to multiple healthcare facilities to supervise and evaluate therapy services Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Implement therapy best practices and monitor adherence across sites Train and mentor therapy staff on the latest industry standards and techniques Provide detailed reports on therapy outcomes and staff performance to senior management Collaborate with healthcare facility managers and other healthcare professionals to enhance service delivery Adjust therapy programs to meet the specific needs of diverse patient populations Strong leadership and personnel management Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to travel extensively Adaptability and problem-solving in varied clinical environments Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid professional state license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology CPR certification Optional: APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) or ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) membership
