Supervisor to guide our clinical team and ensure exceptional care
every weekend—day, evening, or night. What You'll Be Doing: ?? Take
charge of weekend operations, overseeing the entire nursing staff
Ensure smooth shift transitions, accurate documentation, and
regulatory compliance Be a go-to clinical resource and
decision-maker for your team Coordinate with other departments to
ensure seamless resident care Provide leadership, mentorship, and
motivation to nurses and CNAs on your shift What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in New Jersey 2 years of RN supervisory
experience (long-term care required) Strong leadership and
multitasking skills Familiarity with EMR systems and state
