MUST have women’s health/pelvic floor experience. Farnum Rehabilitation Unit is a 24-bed, specialty unit providing comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients who are primarily in need of physical restoration following a disease or disabling condition, from strokes to motor vehicle accidents. Team consists of physicians, rehabilitation nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, recreational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dieticians, social workers and other specialists. Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Outpatient Licenses: PT(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) SSN Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history Facility Location Keene is home to Antioch University and Keene State College.
