Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to
provide expert support in a dynamic elementary school environment
serving pre-kindergarten through elementary students. This contract
role spans two school sites and offers a comprehensive, rewarding
professional experience tailored for those dedicated to fostering
student communication development. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
individualized speech and language therapy services to
pre-kindergarten and elementary students Collaborate with
educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and
implement effective intervention plans Conduct assessments,
document progress, and maintain compliance with relevant
educational standards Participate in team meetings and contribute
to continuous program improvement Desired Qualifications and
Experience: Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or
SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) certification School-based SLP
experience preferred, with strong skills in pediatric speech and
language therapy Excellent communication and collaborative skills
Ability to manage caseload efficiently across two sites Location:
Enfield, Connecticut, servicing two elementary school sites
