Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Interim HealthCare- Maine is seeking a
dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Berwick,
ME. This role involves working closely with Physical Therapists to
provide high-quality care to patients, assisting with treatment
plans, and supporting patient mobility and recovery in a
compassionate and professional manner. Responsibilities Assist
Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions and modalities as directed by the
Physical Therapist. Monitor and document patient progress and
communicate changes or concerns to the supervising therapist.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and
home care techniques. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized
treatment environment. Collaborate with healthcare team members to
ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. Requirements Completion
of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current
licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the
state of Maine. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively
within a healthcare team. Commitment to providing compassionate
