Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide specialized 1:1 support
to a high school student in a school setting. The position is
full-time, supporting a female student with complex medical needs,
including seizure management, VNS, and mobility challenges.
Location: Cartersville, GA Cass High School Duration: August 5th,
2026 through May 26th, 2027 Contract position Responsibilities:
Provide personalized nursing care for a high school student with
medical complexities. Monitor and respond to seizure activity and
manage a Vagus Nerve Stimulator (VNS). Assist with mobility and
care needs associated with wheelchair use. Support potential G-tube
care as required. Collaborate with school staff and healthcare
professionals to ensure student well-being. Maintain accurate
health records and communicate effectively with the educational
team. Qualifications and Experience: Active Georgia LPN license
required. Previous experience providing 1:1 nursing care in a
school setting preferred. Comfort and familiarity with managing
G-tubes and seizure monitoring essential. Experience working with
high school students or similar caseloads is an advantage. Strong
