Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, dedicated to
providing top-tier care in a variety of healthcare settings
including short-term post-acute, rehabilitation, skilled nursing,
and long-term care services. The selected candidate will play a
crucial role in enhancing patient care and will be instrumental in
upholding our commitment to improving patient lives. This position
requires an individual who is patient-focused and committed to
maintaining high standards of nursing practices. Administer nursing
care to ill, injured, or disabled patients within a healthcare
setting. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
to supervising healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate patient
records and document all care activities. Ensure the health,
comfort, and safety of patients by assisting with bathing, feeding,
and dressing. Counsel patients and their families on prevention and
care considerations. Follow all facility guidelines and procedures
to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate standard
medical equipment Detail-oriented with robust organizational skills
Emotional resilience and stability in stressful situations Medical

Current LPN licensure in the state of employment CPR certification
