Evaluate patient needs and establish effective treatment plans. Implement occupational therapy interventions based on patient-specific needs. Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. Educate patients and families on home-based therapy exercises. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Adhere to all professional and ethical treatment standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in creating and executing detailed therapy plans Ability to handle a varied caseload Knowledge of regulatory standards in occupational therapy Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k State licensure as an Occupational Therapist. NBCOT Occupational Therapist Registered Certification preferred.
