The ideal candidate will deliver tailored nursing services in facility-based settings, empowering patients towards achieving their recovery goals. Assess patient conditions by monitoring vital signs, conducting physical examinations, and obtaining patient history. Create, implement, and update individualized patient care plans. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. Instruct and counsel patients and their families on treatment plans. Supervise and guide staff nurses and nursing assistants. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Maintain complete and accurate patient records. Strong clinical skills Proficiency in EHR (Electronic Health Records) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Time management and organizational skills Ability to handle stress and emotional situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
