Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to
join our team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of
high-quality care in a post-acute environment. As a nurse at
Encompass Health, you will play an integral role in supporting our
mission to provide tailored treatments and ensure patient-centered
outcomes. Working across multiple states, our RNs experience
diverse clinical settings, contributing to their growth while
upholding standards of care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care plans in consultation with healthcare professionals.
Administer medications, maintain accurate patient records, and
monitor for side effects. Educate patients and their families on
post-acute care processes and management. Ensure the highest
standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained within the
healthcare environment. Participate in training and development
activities to stay current with the latest healthcare practices and
standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital or post-acute care
setting. Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage
high-pressure situations. Proficient with electronic health record
(EHR) software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. Basic
Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certifications.
