Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to

is known for. Provide direct nursing care according to the
prescribed patient treatment plans. Monitor, record, and report
symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate
patient medical records and report any discrepancies. Administer
medications and assist in rehabilitation and treatment. Educate
patients and their families on illness and post-treatment care.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to work well
under pressure and in emergency situations Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using healthcare software
