We are currently seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team across multiple facilities. Our Registered Nurses play a pivotal role in creating successful recovery plans for patients transitioning from hospital to home. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals and utilize the latest equipment and techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Assess patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans accordingly. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient interactions and treatments. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Direct and supervise less skilled nursing or healthcare personnel. Proficiency in all nursing tasks, techniques, and equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification desirable.
