Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join

facility-based setting. In this role, you will have the opportunity
to work closely with patients recovering from various medical
conditions, delivering care that promotes speedy and sustainable

outcomes and collaborative healthcare. Assess patient health
problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and
maintain medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and home
health aides. Monitor all aspects of patient care, including diet
and physical activity. Comprehensive knowledge of nursing and
healthcare practices and techniques. Proficiency in using
healthcare software and systems. Ability to handle intense
situations and react quickly under pressure. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification required at the time of hire.
