Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team, committed to delivering top-tier healthcare services in a facility-based setting. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of nursing care and leadership, managing nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all national and facility standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, with strong leadership skills and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Supervise the nursing staff and oversee patient care in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards. Ensure adherence to patient care plans and document treatment outcomes effectively. Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and maintaining staff morale and professional development. Conduct performance evaluations, provide guidance, and address any disciplinary and/or staffing issues. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care that enhances patient outcomes. Maintain ongoing communications with healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure high-quality patient care. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Proficient in clinical informatics and healthcare management systems Knowledge of regulatory healthcare standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or similar leadership certification preferred
