LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Gastroenterology
for a local contract nursing job in Peterborough, New Hampshire.
Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Gastroenterology -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40
hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local
Contract Shift Notes: 8:30am to 5pm (M-F) 8:00am – Noon (Saturday,
on Rotation) - Maintenance of confidential information. - Strong
knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment. -
Looking for nurses with at least some experience. (New Grads not
accepted at this timeHM doesn't have the bandwidth to orient a
brand-new nurse.)[REQUIRED] - Valid Registered Nurse (RN) issued by
New Hampshire Board of Nursing verified via Nursys.
[REQUIRED][DOCUMENT] - Basic Life Support Certification -
[REQUIRED][DOCUMENT] State License Requirements - New Hampshire,
Compact Allowed HCCR(NJ) Responsibilities: Patient Care: Provide
direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and
evaluating nursing interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses,
and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement
individualized patient care plans. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of patients'
conditions, treatments, and progress. Report any changes or
concerns promptly to the appropriate team members. Medication
Administration: Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on disease
management, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote
overall wellness. Support and Advocacy: Offer emotional support and
advocate for patients' rights, ensuring they receive compassionate
and respectful care. Adherence to Policies and Regulations: Comply
with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to
maintain a safe and ethical work environment. Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on medical advancements, best practices, and industry
