Job Description:

Huntsville, AL, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed
Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in
ensuring the optimum care and comfort of our patients through daily
care routines and support of other medical professionals. As an LNA
at Crestwood, you will be an essential part of a dynamic team,

with daily living activities, such as dressing, bathing, eating,
and exercise. Monitor patient conditions by taking vital signs and
reporting any changes to the nursing staff. Document patient care
services by charting in patient and department records. Maintain a
safe, secure, and healthy patient environment by following asepsis
standards and procedures. Ensure operation of medical equipment by
completing preventive maintenance requirements, following
manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and
calling for repairs. Update job knowledge by participating in
educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
independently or in a team Attention to detail and high level of
