Assist patients with daily personal tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor vital signs and report significant changes to the nursing staff. Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, and progress. Provide patients with emotional support and compassionate care. Help with basic needs such as bed making, room tidying, and equipment monitoring. Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring that their needs are met. Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Physical stamina and the ability to assist patients physically Knowledge of basic health care procedures Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant certification (CNA) required CPR certification preferred
