Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare, a leader in post-acute care located in
Keene, NH, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Certified
Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This position offers an

with providing top-tier care, supporting rehabilitation efforts,
and ensuring patient comfort. Ideal candidates are healthcare

personalized care to our patients. Provide high-quality patient
care under the direction of nursing staff. Perform basic nursing
care responsibilities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming,
and moving patients. Record vital signs and report any significant
patient information to the nursing staff. Assist in the
implementation of individualized care plans for each patient.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to
infection-control policies and protocols. Support patients with
empathy and compassion, ensuring their comfort and dignity. Engage
with patients’ families to update them on care plans and to educate
them on patient status. Proven ability to operate medical equipment
safely. Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
with patients, families, and staff. Physical endurance and mental
stamina to manage challenging and high-pressure situations. Medical

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New
Hampshire.
