Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Temp to Hire Middlebury | 3 Days/Week | $48–$50/hr Highly reviewed private dental practice in Middlebury is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist for a temp-to-hire opportunity . This role is ideal for a hygienist who wants to try the practice first , enjoy a supportive team environment, and then transition to a permanent position if it’s a mutual fit. We are a fully digital, patient-focused office that values teamwork, education, and quality care. Schedule (Part-Time, 3 Days/Week) 3 consistent weekdays per week Flexible day selection Typical hours fall within: Mon & Wed: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tues & Thurs: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Fri: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM (alternating) Schedule set in advance and predictable Pay & Benefits $48–$50 per hour , based on experience Bonus opportunities 401(k) Health stipend In-house dental care Continuing education support The Clinical Environment Preventive, patient-centered hygiene Fully digital practice Well-paced days with supportive staff Strong emphasis on patient education and relationships What We’re Looking For Active Connecticut RDH license Positive, reliable, and team-oriented Comfortable with periodontal care and local anesthesia Strong communication and patient education skills Newer and experienced hygienists are welcome.
