Encompass Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Our LPNs/LVNs play a crucial role in providing superior nursing care to our patients in both facility-based and home-based settings. Provide direct patient care according to the prescribed plan of care Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of patient therapy and treatment progress Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health maintenance Strong clinical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to administer medications Proficiency in electronic medical records Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license valid in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
