Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse
(LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our talented team
of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to
patients in both facility-based and home-based settings. As an
integral part of our patient care team, you will work in a dynamic
environment across 42 states, focusing on post-acute services to
ensure optimal recovery and outcomes for patients. Our ideal

excellence in nursing practice. Provide nursing care in accordance
with patient care plans Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to enhance patient outcomes Monitor patient health and
maintain accurate records of nursing care provided Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed Educate patients and their
families on health care needs, conditions, and options Ensure
compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
Participate in the assessment, planning, implementation, and
evaluation of patient care Proficient in all nursing procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work
effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong observational and
problem-solving skills Capacity to manage stress effectively and
adapt to various clinical situations Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current LPN or LVN license CPR
certification Should ideally have completed a background check and
