Evaluate patient conditions based on their physical strength, motor skills, coordination, endurance, and respiratory health. Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s specific needs, emphasizing realistic goals and expected outcomes. Implement therapeutic interventions to address deficits, manage pain, and promote overall fitness and wellness. Maintain patient records thoroughly, documenting treatment plans, progress, and patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to cope with challenges during recovery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and integrate new methods into patient care as appropriate. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle emotional situations and maintain a sensitive approach towards patients Proficient in using physical therapy tools and equipment Good physical condition and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) is preferred CPR certification
