Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional inpatient and outpatient therapy services. In this role, the Physical Therapist will be crucial in helping patients achieve optimal recovery and improve their quality of life. Assess patient conditions through interviews and physical examinations to establish treatment goals and plans. Implement treatment plans using techniques to relieve pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Maintain patient records and document patient care services. Collaborate with other medical professionals to plan and modify patient treatments. Advise patients and their families on post-treatment care and exercises at home. Participate in clinical education of PT students. Expertise in therapeutic exercises Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle and operate therapeutic equipment Proficient in patient assessment and treatment planning Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license CPR certification preferred
