As a crucial part of our post-acute service team, the Physical Therapist will work to restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health for patients affected by illness, injury, or disability. Our integrated healthcare services model ensures you the opportunity to work collaboratively with a diverse medical team dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Assess patient condition by examining muscle and joint performance and range of mobility. Develop individualized plans of care for patients, focusing on patient-driven goals. Implement therapeutic physical interventions effectively and safely. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Maintain patient confidence by keeping information confidential. Guide and educate patients and their families to foster recovery, rehabilitate, and increase independence. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications. Proven ability to handle therapeutic equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong understanding of compliance with state and federal regulations. Ability to document and interpret necessary clinical data. Knowledge of physical therapy software and databases. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license. CPR Certified.
