Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Minimum of 2 years of experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings. Experience working with elderly patients and rehabilitation. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift: Days Working Hours: 0830-1700 Floating required between facilities in Damariscotta and Boothbay Harbor.
