Your expertise and guidance will empower our staff to provide high-quality care and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, coordinate, and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs that ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents - Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies - Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices - Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance - Coordinate orientation of all new employees to ensure a successful new-hire start and regulatory compliance - Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications - Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care If you are passionate about driving excellence locally and transforming care across the long-term care industry, we invite you to join our team as a Staff Development Coordinator!
