impact. About the Role As a Behavioral Health Team Leader , you
will provide leadership, supervision, and support to a team of
clinical and professional staff. You’ll help standardize
procedures, provide training, and ensure that high-quality services
are delivered to children, adolescents, and families in alignment
with evidence-based practices. What You’ll Do Provide clinical
supervision and guidance to staff Approve and maintain clinical
records, ensuring programs are audit-ready Collaborate with
clinical teams, stakeholders, and other providers Interview, hire,
train, and evaluate employees; apply corrective actions when needed
Participate in mandated training, including Ecosystemic Structural
Family Therapy Model Complete Service Authorization Requests and
ensure current authorizations are in place Qualifications Master’s
degree in a human services field Minimum 1 year of full-time
post-graduate supervisory experience Valid driver’s license, auto
insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass drug
screening and background checks Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and
perform CPR/therapeutic holds Employee supervisory experience
preferred Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EHR)
preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary: $58,000 (based on
experience) Stay Bonus: $1,000 for full-time employees, paid in 3
