Mental Health Professional (Family Based) serves as the lead member
of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for treatment plan
development and implementation. This role provides individual and
family therapy, case management, and therapeutic interventions in
the home and community. You will: Provide individual, family, and
group psychotherapy (primarily school-based/outpatient settings)
Develop and update treatment plans and assessments Collaborate with
families, schools, managed care organizations, and referral sources
Maintain compliance with CASSP principles and PA outpatient
regulations Complete documentation within established timelines
Participate in supervision, training, audits, and credentialing
processes Promote program growth and quality improvement This
position requires flexibility to work hours that meet client needs,
including evenings and occasional weekends. Qualifications
Education: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling,
Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation, or related Human Services
field. Experience: At least 2 years working with children and
adolescents Prior outpatient or similar behavioral health
experience preferred Experience in CASSP Family Based services
preferred Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license Ability
to pass required background clearances (FBI, Childline, Criminal,
