Practice Darien and Stamford, CT | Full-Time Nola Physical Therapy
Performance is a 100% Physical Therapist–owned private practice
with four locations across New York City and Connecticut. We are
seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Darien and Stamford , CT
clinics. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality,

Responsibilities Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient
care Build strong, lasting connections with patients Develop
customized plans of care using current best practices Communicate
effectively with referral sources and internal teams Collaborate
with the Director on day-to-day clinic operations (with support)
Educate and support clinical and administrative staff as needed
Mentor students as a Clinical Instructor (optional) Position
Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in the state of
Connecticut DPT from an accredited physical therapy program Strong
communication and time management skills Goal-oriented and
collaborative mindset Background in exercise-based rehabilitation
and manual therapy preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary range:
$80,000–$120,000 , based on experience, leadership involvement, and
caseload Generous paid time off $1,500 annual continuing education
