Job Description Seeking Physical Therapist for PT-Owned Private Practice Darien and Stamford, CT | Full-Time Nola Physical Therapy Performance is a 100% Physical Therapist–owned private practice with four locations across New York City and Connecticut. We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Darien and Stamford , CT clinics. Why Nola Physical Therapy Performance 2 patients per hour treatment model One-hour evaluations Patient-first approach with no productivity pressure or forced sales State-of-the-art facilities A positive, team-oriented culture that values humor, camaraderie, and balance This Role Is Ideal For a Physical Therapist Who: Values meaningful patient relationships over volume Wants autonomy and clinical independence within a supportive team Enjoys working in a professional yet relaxed, friendly environment Is interested in mentorship, leadership development, and long-term growth Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized, evidence-based patient care Build strong, lasting connections with patients Develop customized plans of care using current best practices Communicate effectively with referral sources and internal teams Collaborate with the Director on day-to-day clinic operations (with support) Educate and support clinical and administrative staff as needed Mentor students as a Clinical Instructor (optional) Position Requirements Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Connecticut DPT from an accredited physical therapy program Strong communication and time management skills Goal-oriented and collaborative mindset Background in exercise-based rehabilitation and manual therapy preferred Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 , based on experience, leadership involvement, and caseload Generous paid time off $1,500 annual continuing education allowance Medbridge subscription Reimbursement for relevant specialty certifications APTA membership dues covered Health, dental, vision, and disability insurance 401(k) with 5% employer salary match and profit sharing Flexible scheduling options Team activities and staff outings that promote connection and camaraderie Schedule Full-time preferred 8-hour shifts, flexible Contract positions considered
