Therapist to join their growing, privately owned practice in Eliot,
ME. They are a one-on-one, patient-centered clinic committed to

privacy. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify
individualized goals and treatment plans Deliver cost-effective,
evidence-based interventions Help patients improve function while

coordination Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure continuity of care Qualifications & Skills Licensed Physical
Therapist (required) Graduate degree in Physical Therapy Strong
