As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in people's lives. - Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans - Perform hands-on therapy techniques and guide patients through therapeutic exercises - Educate patients and their families on proper movement techniques and home exercise programs - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems - Monitor and assess patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary - Provide emotional support and motivation to patients throughout their recovery journey - Stay updated on the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices - Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care - Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and safety standards Qualifications - Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program - Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the United States - Recent grads encouraged to apply! - 2-3 years of outpatient experience preferred - Strong knowledge of functional exercise techniques and manual therapy skills - Excellent patient care and communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage a diverse caseload efficiently - Passion for physical therapy and genuine commitment to patient care - Outgoing and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems - Current CPR certification - Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and evidence-based practices - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning - Empathetic approach to patient care with strong interpersonal skills Additional Information The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 -$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
