Surgical Tech Location: Keene, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,646 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiation Therapist Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiology-Diagnostic Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum Years of Experience: Not specified License: Not specified Certifications: Not specified Must-Have: Not specified Description: Radiation Therapist needed for an ASAP start. Treats patients with various treatment modalities. Utilizes all treatment set-ups and treatment machines, understanding current protocols. Simulates/treats patients following the orders of Radiation Oncologists. Presents field verification films to Radiation Oncologists to verify set-up. Adjusts fields as directed by the Radiation Oncologist. Documents and follows through on changes and re-filming. Performs Quality Assurance checks daily on all treatment/CT machines. Communicates problems/issues with machines to the physicist, radiation oncologist, and lead radiation therapist. Observes and questions patients about their response to treatment. Screens and counsels or directs physical and emotional problems to the Radiation Oncologist, Nurse, or Social Worker. Directs patients to the nurse/LNA/CMA for weekly evaluation. Maintains room and equipment in a clean and orderly manner. Regularly performs visual preventive safety inspections. Notifies the Lead Therapist of all potential safety hazards pertaining to the equipment. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Pharmacology Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
