seeking Master’s level, licensed or license-eligible clinicians
(LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT) to join CFA in our
School-Based Health Center and Outpatient programs! Current
openings: • School-Based Program: 2 full-time and 1 part-time
clinician positions in New London County • Outpatient Program: 1
full-time and 1 part-time Intake clinician positions serving all
four of our Outpatient locations (Groton, New London, Pawcatuck,
Westbrook) • Outpatient Program: 1 full-time Outpatient clinician
at our New London location Key Responsibilities of our School-Based
Health Center Clinicians: • Provide quality individual, family and
group psychotherapy to an established caseload of students in your
assigned school • Conduct assessment, diagnose, develop and follow
evidence-based treatment plans • Maintain a medical record
utilizing an electronic health record system • Support clients
through dedicated case management • Collaborate daily with school
staff, forming effective working relationships Key Responsibilities
of our Intake Clinicians: • Diagnostic Assessments •
Biopsychosocial Assessments • Treatment Planning Recommendations •
Clinical Documentation Collaboration and Coordination • Crisis
Intervention Key Responsibilities of our Outpatient Clinicians: •
Provide expert individual, family and group psychotherapy •
Clinicians will be trained in one or more Evidenced Based Practice
(EBPs), will use EBPs as determined in consultation with supervisor
and will follow through with all EBP reporting and documentation •
Clinicians are expected to work a total of 4 hours after 5 pm with
occasional need to shift evening hours when coverage is needed and
will be expected to run at least 1 group Qualifications: • Master’s
degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field •
Current state licensure as a (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license eligible
(LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A) • At least 2 years of experience in a
clinical mental health setting serving children and adolescents,
including diagnostic and biopsychosocial assessments. Knowledge of
mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and best practices •
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Solid organizational skills and experience working with an
Electronic Health Record system • Ability to work successfully
independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Embrace

range: $58,000-$65,000. Bi-lingual Spanish/English preferred with
