Required Skills: Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology (American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery - Urological Surgery) Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency/fellowship or comparable foreign training in Urology Minimum of 50 urological procedures performed within the past 12 months or recent completion of an accredited residency/clinical fellowship Valid Michigan Medical License, Michigan CDS, and Michigan DEA registration Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care Nice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic surgery, particularly using the Da Vinci Xi system Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Strong documentation and communication skills Additional certifications or training in advanced urological procedures Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least one year of post-residency clinical experience in urology Recent procedural experience aligning with privileges requested Other Requirements: Licensure, certification, and registration in Michigan as specified Willingness to work a 2-week on/2-week off rotation schedule Ability to pass credentialing processes and clear background checks Travel and licensing reimbursements provided where applicable Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws This exciting role features a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, along with comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, and full support from our dedicated team.
