Job Description Family Medicine Physician opening in IN Located
in Plainfield, 18m to Indianapolis Full Time Position We are
seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician
to join our established practice in Plainfield, IN. This role
offers a supportive work environment and a strong emphasis on
work-life balance within a busy practice of four physicians and two
advanced practice providers. Key Responsibilities: Provide
high-quality outpatient care with a focus on clinical excellence
and patient satisfaction.Build long-lasting relationships with
patients and the community.Collaborate with medical staff to
coordinate comprehensive patient care. Schedule: Monday Friday,
8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.Weekday call: 1:7Weekend call: 1:14Average
outpatient volume: 20-25 patients per day.No inpatient work or OB.
Common Diagnoses Treated: Diabetes, Hypertension, COPD, and
Wellness Visits. On-Site Equipment: Lab, Imaging, Sports Medicine,
and Outpatient Physical Therapy. Qualifications: Doctorate in
medicine (MD/DO).Current Physician License (MD/DO) and Board
Certification in Family Medicine (or eligibility).Exceptional
interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach. Benefits:
