Permanent job opening Two Provider Group looking to expand to three
providers Clinic onsite with Hospital Teaching opportunities for
Medical Students and Family Medicine Residents Collaborative and
Supportive Practice Environment Call Rotation 1:3 16 to 24 births
per month 3-5 C-sections per month No high-risk deliveries TLAC
only if 60% or greater In clinic monitoring for active labor
patients EMR: eClinicalworks (clinic), Meditech (hospital) H1 and
J1 visa sponsorship available Organization Information: FQHC
$380,000 Salary Up to $20,000 annually with Quality Incentive wRVU
incentive $100,000 Sign on (lump sum on first paycheck; set up as a
